Each class is different focusing on a different Sufi practice.

We all understand that there is a connection between the physical and spiritual realms but lack the knowledge of how to access and navigate this connection.  Deborah has been traveling to Vienna, Austria to study with Sidi's daughter-in-law, Rosina-Fawzia Al-Rawi, where she is learning many of the secrets contained in ancient mysticism.  These secrets are the actual "how to" that have been deleted from many of the Holy Texts.  By learning and using the techniques taught by Fawzia as well as the knowledge that came from Deborah's 40 years of study, the information contained in these classes provide tools that allow you to cut through the density of life's challenges and actually begin the journey of self discovery; the journey to the Truth, the journey to the Love.

Sunday Evening Classes
1st & 3rd Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm are dedicated to various methods of movement, dance, and breath work that allow us to access our inner beings as well as that which is beyond the limited range of our 5 senses.

Saturday Morning Classes
2nd Saturday of every month from 9:00am-12:30 is dedicated to various aspects of the inner workings of our universe, how all things are connected, how the science of physics actually complements religious teachings, how to live in harmony with the earth and each other.
